Who We Are
TMF International began in 1996 with one lorry and a commitment to being on time, every time. What started as a one-man operation providing traction for Interland in Antrim has grown into a trusted transport partner for some of Ireland’s leading companies — including McQuillan Companies, Agnail Ltd, and Dupont.
We haven’t built our business on marketing — we’ve built it on showing up, doing it right, and doing it when we say we will.
Built On Service, Backed By Experience
In the early 2000s, McQuillan Companies asked us to handle transport for their new hazardous waste facility. That partnership grew into long-term work with McQuillan Envirocare, and it still continues today.
We’ve also worked closely with Dupont, managing regular shipments of hazardous and special waste to the UK and the Netherlands. Through this work, we expanded naturally into the recycling sector, transporting materials for facilities like McQuillan’s MRF site in Dundrod and Agnail Group’s recycling centres in Belfast and Lurgan.

In 2021, we marked 25 years in business. By 2024, we introduced our first Owner Drivers into the team — a new model that strengthens our flexibility while keeping our standards tight.
We’re serious about doing the job right. That means investing in training, making sure our fleet is fit for purpose, and pushing back when government and industry don’t take transport seriously enough. We’d like to see real support for new drivers and apprentices — the industry needs it.
